I have read the contents of this RMCP, which has been distributed or otherwise made available to me, and I have also attended the training workshops offered by Kawena Exchange in this regard
I acknowledge that to the extent that I do not understand any of my duties under the RMCP, I have contacted the Regional Manager or the Compliance Mange for clarification
I undertake to observe strictly and diligently all my duties imposed by FICA and the RMCP, fully understanding that my failure to do so;
1. Will potentially expose Kawena Exchange to unacceptable risk, as well as financial and reputational risk from the penalties that may be levied by the FIC against the Business for any instances of non-compliance with FICA and the RMCP
2. Is a criminal offense in terms of FICA and constitutes serious misconduct in terms of the Kawena Exchange's disciplinary code.
